We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to maintain our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of account management and building customer loyalty.

Summary

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for direct communication with our coach members, ensuring they achieve the maximum return on their investment in the platform. We are looking for a super star people person.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Comfortable communication face to face and through digital channels
  • Provide feedback on the user experience
  • Provide leadership for our UX teams
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor analysis
  • Oversee assigned programs and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an account manager
  • Extensive experience with customer service
  • Proficient in using digital channels to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
