By registering as a Coach and listing your services on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to offer business coaching services.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and maintaining your profile.
1.3 We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any Coach profile at our discretion.
2.1 As a Coach, you may create a profile in the CoachMii directory to promote your services.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring your profile information, including qualifications, experience, pricing, and contact details, is accurate and up to date.
2.3 You must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about your services.
3.1 Listing your coaching services on CoachMii may require payment of fees, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3.2 All payments for directory listings are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you receive inquiries or clients through the platform.
3.3 Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the suspension or removal of your listing.
4.1 You agree to conduct yourself professionally and provide coaching services in accordance with ethical business practices.
4.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your coaching services.
4.3 You acknowledge CoachMii does not vet or verify client inquiries, and you are solely responsible for vetting potential clients before providing services.
4.4 You must not use CoachMii to promote illegal, harmful, or unethical practices.
5.1 CoachMii is a platform for connecting coaches with potential clients but does not endorse, guarantee, or verify any Coach’s qualifications, expertise, or success rate.
5.2 We are not responsible for any disputes between Coaches and their clients. All coaching agreements are strictly between the Coach and the client.
6.1 By submitting content (e.g., profile descriptions, images, testimonials) to CoachMii, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional and operational purposes.
6.2 You must have the legal right to use and upload any content you submit, including testimonials and images.
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your profile if:
