A 10% service fee as is charged on all ticket sales and service bookings made through CoachMii.
*No fees are charged on free discovery calls or free event tickets.
In coaching there are too many variables to be able to guarantee an outcome. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you get results, as your success and ours are dependent on each other.
CoachMii has been designed to be easy to use and you should be able to create your listings without direct input from us. However, we are always on hand with best practices and help if needed. We want you to succeed, as much as you do.
Nope. All revenue you generate from your listings is yours. Your client, your price, your schedule.
Revenue from ticket sales is paid out 3 days after the completion of the event. Revenue from services is paid out on the 1st of the month following the sale.
CoachMii handles all refunds and disputes from clients on your behalf.
No. All fees are payable in advance and once we go to work promoting you and your listings we cannot undo the efforts. Please see our coach terms of use for more details on our refund policy.
Absolutely. You can edit or add information to your listings at anytime from your dashboard. We ask that you notify any customers who have already purchased tickets of any changes.
