Effective Date: 1st of January 2025
Governing Law: England and Wales

Welcome to CoachMii.com (“CoachMii,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoachMii platform as an event organiser (“Organiser,” “you,” or “your”) for listing and promoting business coaching events. By submitting an event listing, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to organise and promote events.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an event listing.
1.3 We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any event listing at our sole discretion.

2. Event Listings

2.1 As an Organiser, you may list business coaching-related events, including workshops, seminars, and networking events.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring all event details, including date, time, location, pricing, and description, are accurate and up to date.
2.3 You must not submit false, misleading, or deceptive event information.
2.4 CoachMii reserves the right to remove events not aligning with our platform’s focus or violate these Terms.

3. Fees & No Refunds Policy

3.1 Listing an event on CoachMii may require payment of fees, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3.2 All payments for event listings are final and non-refundable, regardless of ticket sales, event attendance, or event cancellation.
3.3 If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the event listing.

4. Ticket Sales, Service Fees & Commission

4.1 CoachMii does not act as the ticket seller. All ticket sales are handled directly between the Organiser and the buyer. The sale of tickets constitutes a direct contract between the Organiser and the buyer, and CoachMii is not a party to this contract.
4.2 CoachMii provides a ticketing service for events listed on the platform and charges a 3% commission on each ticket sold (“Service Fee”).
4.3 The Service Fee applies to the full ticket price and will be automatically deducted from the ticket revenue before payment is made to the Organiser.
4.4 Organisers are responsible for setting ticket prices, managing sales, and handling any disputes or refund requests from buyers.
4.5 CoachMii is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, poor event performance, or any dissatisfaction from ticket buyers.
4.6 Organisers must clearly state their refund policy within their event listing.

5. Payouts to Organisers

5.1 Payouts from ticket sales, minus the 3% Service Fee, will be made to the Organiser immediately after the event has taken place.
5.2 The Organiser must provide valid payment details to receive ticket revenue.
5.3 Any disputes regarding payouts must be raised within 30 days of the event date.

6. Organiser Responsibilities

6.1 You agree to conduct your events professionally and deliver them as advertised.
6.2 You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, venue regulations, and health and safety requirements.
6.3 You are responsible for resolving any disputes, complaints, or refund requests from ticket buyers.
6.4 You must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices in event promotion or execution.

7. No Endorsement or Guarantee

7.1 CoachMii is a platform for listing and promoting events but does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or success of any event.
7.2 We are not responsible for any disputes between Organisers and attendees.

8. Content Ownership & License

8.1 By submitting content (e.g., event descriptions, images, promotional materials) to CoachMii, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional and operational purposes.
8.2 You must have the legal right to use and upload any content you submit, including event images and testimonials.

9. Termination & Suspension

9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your event listing if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You provide false or misleading event information.
  • Your event is cancelled without proper notice.
  • We receive complaints about fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

9.2 Termination or suspension does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

  • Loss of revenue, business, or reputation resulting from event listings.
  • Any disputes, damages, or claims arising between you and attendees.
